The legal provisions regarding withdrawal and cancellation apply to the guided tours you have booked online. 
Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via email or WhatsApp. After that, I reserve the right to charge the full tour fee unless the tour can be rescheduled.
Rescheduling is possible once upon request to a different date, provided that spots are available. 
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for the guided tours and travel services offered; therefore, cancellations or rescheduling must be requested via email or WhatsApp.
